The course offers 35 openings for regular students or auditors. Professors are welcome and will not fill slots reserved for students or auditors.

Students who are regularly enrolled in graduate programs, including at PPED/IE/UFRJ, who wish to obtain the two credits offered by "International Seminars II" in UFRJ's Institute of Economics' Graduate Program in Public Policy, Strategy, and Development must sign up with the Institute of Economics' graduate office. Institute of Economics students must follow the graduate program's registration calendar. Outside students should regularize their situation after obtaining the credits in the discipline. The course examination consists of three questions, of which students must choose two to answer.
Auditing students who wish to enroll for SPIDER WEB's course are asked to submit their resumes or link to resumes on Plataforma Lattes.
The selection of candidates for the postdoctoral program will be done through a specific invitation to apply, to be published by the end of February, to start in August 2013. Candidate for the Spider Web postdoc are encouraged to participate in the course offered in March 2013.
